Foundation To Offer $40,000 in Grant Opportunities

MEF will offer $40,000 through its ‘Grant Award Program’ for the 2015-16 school year. The program will provide staff/student grant awards for academic/activity enrichment opportunities, classroom and other needs. Foundation funds and a generous contribution from the Fairfield Trust make this possible.

Additional donations are always welcome – restricted or unrestricted - and will expand the program by a like amount. Restricted contributions will be used for matching grant applications.

The program will follow the School District’s fiscal year. Applications for grants of $300 or less will be accepted monthly from July – May and applications for larger amounts will be accepted on September 1st. More information can be found under the Grant Award Program Tab.
